Julia Makes A Bunny from Vimeo.

Here’s the first episode of  ‘Julia’s Craft Class’. She shows you how to make a simple stuffed animal. We hope you try it yourself.

I finally got my computer somewhat back to normal today. It was not an easy task to edit this video, kinda did it blind.

I think it’s time for a new one. . .  donations anyone?

I’ve been tweaking on this layout. Just trying to make it work better. In the meantime, check out the video on the right. There are 3 or 4 more in the series. They’re all really good.

I have few photos of recent projects to keep you amused.

Julia's Bunny

This is Julia's first sewing project. She used the sewing machine by herself (mostly).

Julia drew the character, and I helped her sew it. She actually did a good bit of the sewing by herself, first time. She drew the features with a sharpie. I sewed the mouth. It was a really fun time. We’ll be making more stuff soon.

This is the first teddy bear I’ve made in years. Very simple. Quite easy. Julia asked me to make one for her after she heard me ask Kaya if he remembered the silver one I made for him when he was 2 or 3 years old.

I was telling my friend Brian about what I was up to, and he asked me to make a potholder for him. Well, here it is. I’m going to suggest that he just hang it up somewhere and not try to grab hot stuff with it.

Well, that’s about it for this post. I’m going to get away from spending so much time at the computer and get back to making things. As promised, I’ll document the process and share it with y’all.

Goodnight.
