I like to make things.
Lately, I’ve been creating sculpture with needle and thread. It’s a new challenge. I’m teaching myself with a small bit of help from library books (strictly for tips on technique).
I also make paintings, usually on canvas with acrylic paint. Occasionally I’ll cut boards with a scroll saw and assemble 3-dimensional paintings.
Unemployed in Detroit is no way to be. On the other hand, I am trying to stay positive and view my situation as an opportunity grow my skills.
Anybody have a nice gig around here?
